团队介绍

团队是国家甘薯产业技术体系岗位“细胞遗传与倍性育种技术”岗位科学家团队,团队十余位青年科研骨干围绕以甘薯为代表的药食植物功能基因组学及生物强化开展科学研究与育种应用。团队研究方向为甘薯发育、抗逆和抗病相关基因的克隆及功能分析、CRISPR技术在甘薯分子育种中的应用、栽培种甘薯起源进化的比较基因组学研究等。

团队负责人

李宗芸教授

博士,教授,博士生导师,国家甘薯产业技术体系岗位科学家(2017-2023),教育部大学生物学课程教指委委员,国家一流本科专业建设点生物科学专业负责人,江苏省一流课程遗传学负责人,江苏省“333工程”首批中青年学术带头人,中国作物学会甘薯专业委员会理事,江苏省生物学专业委员会理事长,省遗传学会常务理事。主要从事基因组学、遗传学与分子生物学教学与研究工作,主持国家自然科学基金3项、国家转基因科技重大专项子课题1项,在国内外学术刊物发表论文100多篇。获江苏省“五一劳动奖章”、省高校优秀共产党员、省教学成果奖等奖项共计30多项。
